Hey guys, I have absolutely no issue getting in the mood for most books, be it fantasy like the Farseer trilogy or non-fiction books such as Atomic Habits and Daring Greatly.
I’m trying my hardest to get into older literature, like Tom Hardy’s Tess of the D’Urbervilles but I find the entire experience excruciatingly slow and painful, even after giving it a chance being the 6th Phase in. How do you guys approach these types of books? I want to get to a stage where I can enjoy other classics as well and I was wondering how classics enjoyers get into the genre itself.
