I’ve recently been diagnosed with autism, (as an adult), and coincidentally recently l’ve noticed I’m not the best professional communicator and it’s really holding me back.
I struggle to understand the questions being asked of me & I struggle to give an answer that is coherent even though all of the information is in my head.
All of the books I’ve looked at on the topic are about how people can accommodate me, but I want to strengthen my skills.
Has anyone got any good book recommendations on communication?
