So I was on Twitter a while back and someone had talked about a book written in the contemporary Weimar Republic and the issues it had faced at the time. I know it’s a far shot but I tried looking online and don’t have the slightest clue. I think it might have been written in a first person contemporary perspective but again could be wrong.
I do know from the comments and what the guy had posted is that it details the desperation and depravity of the time and talks about child prostitution, the horrible inflation, the various political parties.
And no one take this the wrong way but apparently some of the not so moral businesses were owned by Jews which may have had an effect on hitlers perspective.
It was a bunch of twitter comments that I can not find and someone uploaded a pic of the book but it had a very dated look so if I found it online it does not look like the pic uploaded at the time.
Any sort of help with what this book is would be greatly appreciated.
