      Far From the Tree by Andrew Solomon was really interesting. It’s about cognitive medical issues, specifically what it’s like for parents who have children with radically different neurological makeup. It covers a pretty broad span of mental disorders. It’s really interesting.

      Also – Working Stiff by Judy Melinek is about her time as a medical examiner in New York.
