    Hey guys.

I was hoping to find some material about really looking deep in to one’s own mind, personality, behavior patterns, etc. Something that involves deep self reflection and really getting to know the self well. Being able to uncover those really tender spots that are secretly having impact on my life. For example, at one point in my life I came to realize that I fear rejection, but it took me a long time of looking at my own maladaptive behavior patterns to figure this out. So perhaps a book that help to uncover more of these buried insecurities, tender spots, and things like this?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. I am currently reading the book: When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron and it has required deep introspection. It is buddhist-leaning if that is still your jam, but overall I still think great takeaways.
