I’m almost finished reading “Life” by Keith Richards and have loved almost every page of it despite not having a ton of interest in music. The back page describes the book as “if you had Keith Richards cornered in a room and he told you everything about his life” and that couldn’t be more accurate. His life was so interesting, from his humble beginning to his drug-crazed decades of the 60’s and 70’s and even to his sober years after it all. I can’t believe he’s still alive after doing all those drugs.
Are there any other books similar to “Life” in which the writer is literally an open-book about their life? Preferably of a life as intriguing as Keith Richards?
