Like the title said, I’m looking for a book (preferably fantasy or sci-fi):
Themes of recovery and healing that isn’t just romance/sex-based or a situation where a character did something horrible and is immediately excused/forgiven
Can have romantic elements/subplot, just not a full-out romance novel (nothing super graphic)
Themes of found family, maybe?
