Hello! I am currently reading House of Leaves and Curse of the Mistwraith and although both are good so far, I feel that I am going nowhere especially when I am distracted by Baldur’s Gate 3 and Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous. I need a shorter/faster book(s) that I could read so I feel that I am having a bit more progress on my reading goals.

I was wondering if you guys got a suggestion for a faster and shorter (\~400-500 page max) fantasy books that are not necessarily set in DnD or Golarion but has the same vibes? I think a Discworld book sort of gives out the Pathfinder vibes but I was wondering if there are other such books that have the same feel as Golarion/Pathfinder universe ?

    1. ‘The Name of the Wind’ by Patrick Rothfuss is a book I suggest for its lyrical prose and the compelling story of Kvothe, a gifted young man growing up to be the most notorious wizard his world has ever known. Rothfuss weaves a tale of magic and music that’s truly unforgettable.
