My wife and I have a son in JK and he’s not reading at a level expected to be at. This is our fault (mine really) because we don’t read to him much. We don’t read habitually ourselves either so as a family we are not into reading.
I want to ask the group here how you all got into reading and if you have any suggestions that will help us build a habit or passion into the literary arts.
Note I’ve checked out the reading/book clubs in my local library and there isn’t much going on.
