Old book, can’t remember title.

Super vague details I remember: There is a blonde teenage girl on the cover (I remember her looking a little like Olivia holt). It takes place in south Florida, maybe the keys, and this girl has gone to stay with her grandma or her aunt. One night she’s walking under a path of trees, maybe they were mangroves maybe they weren’t, and she’s looking at the moon. I think she was upset. She runs into a boy on this walk, and becomes self conscious that she’s wearing a white t shirt with no bra. I read it at least ten years ago or before, and it was for younger readers.
