    Recently, I’ve grown tired of the way I interact with my phone. I wake up and it’s the first thing I see. I would honestly rather read a book.

    I’m looking for books that open me up to philosophical contemplation, or are about thinking positive things. Basically, I am looking for books that can give me an energy that I can carry to the rest of the day: a meditative, centered and calm energy. I am looking for a book that is easy to pick up and put down. The trouble with fiction is that I struggle to keep it down. It would throw my whole schedule off! I also am on medication for depression etc so I really think this could help me.

    I already do yoga in the mornings, so please don’t suggest meditation haha.

    Any recommendations work! Thank you!
