Feeling very lost in my career and with regard to my health. Have always loved strength training and the stillness and empowerment it brings me, and have loved books and writing all my life – so Murakami’s ‘What I talk about when I talk about running’ really resonates with me when I’m low. But I’m not able to find books in a similar vein that aren’t preachy / self-help. Any suggestions? Thank you.
