I used to be of the mind that I had to finish a book before I could start another one. Recently I’ve tried reading multiple books at the same time but they’re of different genres or moods and I’ve found I feel so much more motivated to read. I don’t know why I’m only now learning this little trick. Just because I don’t always feel like reading a fantasy book doesn’t mean I don’t feel like reading. So taking a break and reading a thriller is fun! Then maybe the next day I pick the fantasy back up again and I’m invested in the story right away.

Anyone else learn something about their reading style that helped them read more or just enjoy reading more?
