I’m currently reading Poor Things by Alasdiar Gray – I watched the film a bit of time ago and wanted to give the book a try. I really love the book’s illustrations, Gray’s art-style is whimsical and dream-like – I also love the anatomical / scientific illustrations of organs and types of bones that remain scattered throughout the book. Whilst I’m really like the writing, and humour – I just love how well laid out the book is physically. What’s something you’re enjoying about your current read? Do you think you’re going to enjoy the book throughout?
