I recently became a father of a beautiful girl, and as I am an avid reader I’d like to introduce something about parenting in my TBR. However, most suggestions I find are “how-to” guides, the 10 things to tell your daughter etc.
I’m not sure what I’m looking for, but mostly what I’d like to get from the book is a better understanding of what fatherhood means and what having a daughter can mean. I’m happy with suggestions or stories, but not the ready recipes of fatherhood cause I never believed in step-by-step guides on life and I have zero interes in anything related to the self-help industry language.
No hate for anyone who likes that stuff, it’s just those don’t work with me. Hopefully some of you have the same feelings and some suggestions come to mind!
