I just finished The Silent Patient which had an enjoyable twist. Also just read Bunny by Mona Awad and I loved that you were guessing until the very last sentence. Looking for similar books. Thanks!
Freida McFadden has a lot of thrillers with a twist. Some more predictable than others but definitely worth checking out.

If you’re intrigued by historical mysteries, ‘The Alienist’ by Caleb Carr is a novel I often recommend. Set in 19th-century New York, the story follows a psychologist, or ‘alienist,’ and his team as they use emerging forensic methods to track a serial killer.

Boy Parts by Eliza Clark, The Push by Ashley Audrain are my two favourites. I also liked Stargazer by Laurie Petrou (I think that’s her name) and The Girls by Emma Cline. I don’t know if it’s considered psychological thriller but I didn’t think I’d enjoy Colleen Hoover’s writing. I ended up reading Layla and really enjoyed it.

Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough. Supernatural psychological thriller about a love triangle.
The Cabin at the End of the World by Paul Tremblay. Psychological horror thriller about a family vacationing in a remote cabin.
