Hello! I just finished reading the Harry Potter series for the first time and I was thoroughly amazed. Kind of changed my life lol. Only problem is, I loved that series so much that I’m in a reading slump now and can’t find a book or series as intriguing. I’ve tried to start Hunger Games, ACOTAR series, Divine Rivals, Fourth Wing and just not sure if I hate reading now or if I’m truly slumped.
So, does anyone have any recs for series like this? I also love romance and fantasy (athough that’s broad anything is welcome! Just trying to find something to get me out)
Also, if any HP fans that went through this have any recs that helped I’d love to hear ‘em:)

Look into Earthsea series by Ursula LeGuin (starts with the Wizard of Earthsea)
Tonally, it is very different than the books you described. But it follows a wizard from boyhood till he is older and it is a truly stunning story and arc of character development.
none of the books you listed trying recently have clicked with me at all but that just means we gotta find the right books for us and there’s TONS out there to click with =)
Red rising collection is a very good series to get you back page turning
The midnight queen trilogy is female Harry potter and very good (but less deep)
{{Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend}} gave me big hp vibes!
Because you liked Harry Potter you should read Super Powered by Drew Hayes. It’s really good! There are 4 books and a spin off, Corpies, that you should read between books 2 and 3.
“Knowledge is power. That would be the motto of Lander University, had it not been snatched up and used to death by others long before the school was founded. For while Lander offers a full range of courses to nearly all students, it also offers a small number of specialty classes to a very select few. Lander is home to the Hero Certification Program, a curriculum designed to develop student with superhuman capabilities, commonly known as Supers, into official Heroes.
Five of this year’s freshmen are extra special. They have a secret aside from their abilities, one that they must guard from even their classmates. Because for every one person in the world with abilities they can control, there are three who lack such skill. These lesser super beings, Powereds as they are called, have always been treated as burdens and second class citizens. Though there has been ample research in the area, no one has ever succeeded in turning a Powered into a regular human, let alone a Super.
That is, until now…”
