Hewoo guys! It’s my first time in this sub, and it feels nice to be interacting/browsing through the subreddit.

I just finished reading Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte and might need to find something light/comedic, (Jane Eyre couldn’t relate to an extent lol, from all the manipulation of Mr. Rochester and the struggles of Jane Eyre).

Bought some books a week ago from a used books
store. I thought I find them interesting based on the blurb, and now I can’t decide what to read next.

Pweaseee help me out 👉👈 and an explanation would be nice 😊.

    List of books I bought:

    1. Normal People (Sally Rooney)
    2. Before the Coffee Gets Cold (Toshikazu Kawaguchi)
    3. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo (Taylor Reid)
    4. Emma (Jane Austen)
    5. Queenie (Candace Carty-Williams)

I’d go with Normal People first (easy read) to recover from Jane Eyre and then Emma, going back to heavy well written stories!
