Hi, I am looking for self-help/psychology books on the topic of anxiety, managing stress, and feeling burnt out from work.
(Bonus/optional: I recently read “I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki” by Baek Se-hee and really liked it, because the advice was filtered through an author’s personal experience/stories. So if anyone has any suggestions of books written in a similar style that would be appreciated.)
