    Currently going through a bit of a depressive episode and one thing that I’ve been finding helpful are nonfiction books about depression. I don’t mean self help books with steps to take to manage things but more about understanding what’s going on in my head? I guess? I’ve picked up The Noonday Demon and I’m working through that and it’s helpful. I also finished up Hello I Want to Die Please Fix Me by Anna Mehler Paperny and that was really helpful. Something about someone putting into words feelings I couldn’t quite articulate made things a little more bearable.
