Hi everyone — I am looking for book recs for my 11 year old daughter. She loves coming of age/teen girl friendship stories. I know there are a lot of books in this genre, but I’m old, so my coming of age reading was “Are you there, God? It’s me, Margaret” and I don’t know what’s good that’s come out since. (For what it’s worth, my daughter loves “Are you there…”) And I am hoping for some help flagging the more graphic/older teen coming of age novels. I’ll save those as suggestions for when she’s a little more grown.
