    Hi all,

I‘ve recently started reading books and found that reading non-fiction books are the best way to keep me focussed on the subject I’m reading. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD as a adult (29 yo male).

I’ve noticed when reading through stuff I’ll go “Oh that’s a useful bit of information. I should remember that” but then I just end up forgetting about it after reading through the rest of the book.

The main reason I started reading is the amount of knowledge that gets shared through books that I find useful. It’s just a shame that I don’t have an efficient way of storing that information.

So my question: How do you guys go about gathering useful information while reading a physical book?

    Thanks for the pointers!
