Hi there! I read quite a bit of sci-fi, including dystopian stuff. I’m also really interested in ‘survival’ scenarios – I find it very fascinating to read about how people survive in harsh conditions (I love caveman books for this reason lol). Anyway, thinking about this, I’m pretty shocked to realise I haven’t ever really read a post-apocalypse type book! I mean, I imagine they’re generally dystopian sci-fi with survival elements! So, do you any of you guys have any good apocalypse books to recommend? Preferable ones not toooo long after the apocalypse event (or even one set during the event! Sound exciting lol), because I’d prefer a more dire survival situation than one about rebuilding society. I’ll take zombies, mass disease, aliens, most apocalypses tbh! Thank you for any suggestions anyone may have 🙂
