So, I just went through my first real breakup and I’ve decided maybe I need to embrace the chaos I feel inside. It was a lesbian breakup, if that gives any further context. Also I’m in my mid 20s.
I want lyrical books, poetry collections sound good, maybe a book about a relationship dying? I don’t want the “wanna get back together” vibe, but rather the “I loved this person and now I don’t wanna know anything about them”? Maybe reflecting on a relationship gone sour. Honestly, Taylor Swift more intense breakup songs are what I’m looking for, in book form (You’re Losing Me, All Too Well, Hits Different…)
