Should I read The Witcher? I rarely read books and I especially avoid fantasy overall in my life. But I like the concept of The Witcher, just as I would like to watch the movie I’m thinking about reading it, but I don’t think I’m ready to take too long stories as someone who rarely reads books.
Moreover, my question is, since there are several books, how much are they connected and will I be able to have a good experience by reading first book only, or any other number but not all books?
What are general differences between books and movie (don’t be specific I’m not much informed about the contents anyway)?
