hello, everyone 🙂 i have done this post in a different sub (is that what they are called?) and i wanted to do it here too. please let me give the (oxford dictionary) definition of platonic before i begin.
**platonic definition: intimate and affectionate but not sexual.**
if you have any suggestions, that would be wonderful.
**the quite important preferences: I like the story to be very revolving around the main relationship.
the book still having a good plot.
I do like them to be females, since they seem to have more emotional relationships than men.
i like to see the development of the relationship intricately (thus i would dislike time skips).
i dislike it when they have boyfriends (i will mostly always need to pretend they dont have one to keep reading).**
but if you tell me you think i will like it, i will try it ;P
the media (that i can currently think of) in this subject i have liked has been:
**Practical Magic (film.)** **Mädchen in Uniform. (1931 film)** I actually haven’t watched all the 1950s one yet.
**Maria-sama ga miteru (light novel).** **When Marnie was There (book)** but there wasnt enough content with them together in it. they were mostly apart.. **the relationship between lark and rowan in Children of Eden (book).** **Puella Magi Madoka Magica (film series).**
i have read quite a few yuri manga/light novels, since they are easy to but they almost always end up erotic and i would just prefer books instead usually
have a good day, sirs and misses
and thank you for reading
