This book was written by someone I met a long time ago. I was not from the inner city and never been there. I was adopted from Korea and from the suburbs. And I was told I would be dead if I stayed in the streets. But my parents kicked me out. I had no choice.
The person that wrote this book told me I just needed someone to teach me how to survive in the streets. And I would be ok and make it. And then I wouldn’t have such terrible things happen to me. As you know the streets can be ugly. And for that I’m alive today. And I overcame my statistics.
