i need a french book with a french author and allat for my oral this year but idk what to choose. it needs to be associated with “marginalised person, pleasures of the romanesque” but the problem is my preference. i dont want contemporary books, and id like things with deep and profound emotions/ plot. it also needs to be longer than like 200 pages or so. and i dont really like masculine things like the war and stuff like that Imao. i wish i could just take sylvia plath and go but it needs to be a french author
