I never really liked reading as a kid, but I’m in my late teens now and was talking to this girl I liked. She was talking about her favorite books and her favorite series was Magnus chase. So for the first time in like 11 years I decided to pick up a book and read it. I finished the first in like 4 days and from then on started to love reading. In total I’ve read all Magnus chase, Percy Jackson, and the lost hero book all in a month (i domt plan on only reading riordan books they’re just what im startinf with. After I finish them I’m doing lotr.). And I’ve noticed sometimes they’ll mention a scene from a previous book and it won’t really come to me and I’ll have to look it up or Google it. Is this a normal thing?
