Hey everyone!
I used to be an avid reader but I kind of dropped off – I’m looking for some books that I can dig into.
The vibe I’m currently after is something like the first book in the throne of glass series (I love a good court romance with some political intrigue and fantasy). I was a fan of poison study like 8 years ago but didn’t like it as much when the MC left the castle to go explore (funnily enough).
I wasn’t a fan of anything by Holly Black and Laini Taylor (so sorry!) I just felt maybe it was a bit too YA which just isn’t what I’m enjoying currently…
I’ve read all of Sarah J Maas and now I’m looking for something with more court intrigue (basically book one of throne of glass if she kept that premise).
Would anyone have any recs? Thank you!
