suggest me a MM audibook in which the characters don’t get into to bed with each other 25% into the book and we actually see/feel the process in which they fall in love and not lust on every page.
for me, characters being sexually intimate about 60% into the book is best.
don’t get me wrong, i’m a sucker for passionate sex scenes but lack of buildup takes a lot away from it (for me)
I especially like it when the characters don’t get along at first for a *good reason* before very slowly warming up to each other before we see the attraction if that makes sense.
i want characters with depth and actual stories beyond their romance, i want to root for them as people not just as a couple
nothing childish plz😭 i love hockey romances but o find myself slowly pulling away because of the 1 dimensional corny banters
closeted, gfy, double bi awakening, pining are my faves but i’m open to anything.
i’d like something with great writing and plot heavy, preferably older (no ya plz)
