I am just recently trying to get back into reading after a very long (unplanned) break. I just read My Beat Friend’s Exorcism by Grady Hendrix and absolutely loved it – chewed through it in just a couple of days!! I realized that even though it’s a “for adults” book, the main characters were teens and it read a lot like a YA book, and was very reminiscent of a lot of the books I loved when I was a more active reader. Looking for recommendations for other stuff like this, I really enjoy thriller/horror type genres but would love any recommendations 🙂
