Currently rereading the Green Rider series by Kristen Britain. I really love the series and have been following since 03, 04, or 05.
The series is not without its faults and I definitely have my own personal gripes with it (namely the dragging on of the Karigan/Zachary ship when it should’ve died probably after Mirror Sight). But despite those faults, I really do love it.

In my current reread, I’m about to hit Mirror Sight which the fandom generally reviles.
You know the trope of “main character goes into a Bad Future, comes back to their time, Bad Future is completely erased”?
Yeah, that’s Mirror Sight.
So a nearly 700 page book is made redundant and borderline *worthless* because of how it’s written. Everyone does work to avert the bad future when Karigan goes back to her time, but other than that, there are really few to no lasting ramifications on the past when she returns.
