So many romances I have read try to put in so much extra drama in their relationship. I just want a story of two people who meet each other as strangers, become close friends, and eventually become something more. Not something like “but he’s actually my teacher?!” or “she has a mountain of unresolved relationship drama following her around”. Just something you can smile at and something that gives me that lovely feeling of loneliness like “I’ll never experience this kind of love”
