I was talking to a friend about our controversial bookworm habits, and pretty acceptable things like dog-ears and spine breaking were mentioned (guilty), but then they said that they ALWAYS read the last page of a book FIRST, then continue from the start.
I seriously can’t understand WHY anyone would ever do this? Do people actually do this? And whyyy??? Doesn’t it ruin everything? I vaguely remember a scene in the film ‘When Harry met Sally’ (fantastic rom-com btw) where Harry explains this habit, but I need to hear some other reasons before I’m convinced. Please explain if you are one of these people – I need to understand!
