ive been reading a lot of kind of gruesome/sad books and im going to start ‘a little life’ in a few days. id like to read a couple books that are just fun to read before i embark on the little life journey. i suppose im just looking for a short and sweet book that has a similar level of writing as the bell jar or the invisible life of addie larue. i am very much not into fantasy (addie larue is about as far as i can go).
