So I just finished reading the first Hunger Games book and every time Haymitch and Katniss show soft emotions at the end of the book (i.e Haymitch defending Katniss when the Capitol people wants her body changed, Haymitch hugging Katniss to warn her about Snow’s unhappiness), it always made my heart melt because of how both of them are normally tough individuals.
I would love to read a book where the female lead is strong and tough and she has a mentor who protects and defends her strongly as well. They both dont have to end up together, I just really like the protective relationships.
