Recently finished “The Wager” by David Gran, and I’ve come to realize that novels about disastrous expeditions scratch a particular itch for me. I enjoy this theme with fiction as well, as “Dark Matter” by Michelle Paver and “The Terror” by Dan Simmons (historical fiction) are another two of my favorites. Any and all suggestions are welcome!
I have also read and enjoyed “Thin Air” by Michelle Paver and “The Deep” by Alma Katsu.
