I’m 23f and would like a book rec where the main character navigates a tough time in their life and is working towards overcoming the feeling of loneliness.
Anything I can learn from would be appreciated. Really going through it and in need of a relatable story.

The Midnight Library by Matt Haig
A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles: wonderful book that teaches you how the make the most out of life even in the most dire situations.
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman: about a woman in her 20s who is lonely but ends up making unexpected friendships
A Man Called Ove by Fredrick Backman: also about unexpected friendships made in the wake of loneliness
*The Elegance of the Hedgehog* by Muriel Barbery is about a widowed concierge who comes off as a total misanthrope but is secretly very caring, and an angsty, suicidal tween who become unexpected friends. They’re both resigned to a life of loneliness until they meet, and it’s a pretty heartwarming story (but in a literary way, not in a cheesy way).
