Hi. I’m recovering from a 3 month bout of stress, anxiety, depression and self-doubt. This was due to a situation at work. I say I’m recovering because I managed to find myself another job, but I experienced true hell when I went through that lean phase. I don’t want to let that happen to me again.
I’m looking for recommendations to understand and improve mental health and cope better/build more resilience for the future.
