So, my friend and I buddy read Deborah Harkness “A Discovery of Witches” and since there was a TV show adaptation, we decided to watch it after reading the series. We had so much fun reading and watching together that we really want to do this again, but we’re stumped for a series that neither of us has already read/watched. (Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, LotR, and The Witcher are out.) We are open to genre, but we both enjoy fantasy and sci-fi. My friend is not a big YA fan though. Bonus if both the books and TV/Movies are all completed, but I’ll field any suggestion. Please let me know if you know of anything that fits!
