So, first time writing, so here we go.
I have been trying to find a title of a book for a while, and I cannot for the life of me remember what it’s called! I read this book back in 7th grade probably? I only remember a few things but here goes:
It takes place in a sci-fi/ apocalyptic world where this character has had to survive and I think their family gets kidnapped in a blimp or a plane and they have to get up to them to save their family. I also remember two other characters, one of these characters was a leader of the camp and was female I think, and the other was someone who helped in the camp. Anyways, I remember they get into a fight or didn’t agree on something, but the camp dweller ends up blowing a tent up with both them in it? Sounds so nonsensical and I’m just rambling now, but I’d thought I’d put this on here to see if anyone had any ideas or if any of it sounded familiar.
Edit: Another book that I’ve been trying to find is about a family that have to go into witness protection program to hide from bad people that their father had been associated with. They end up moving to somewhere around Utah, maybe Idaho?? Before they move and get put into the program, they get captured and interviewed by the bad people, and then they are let go after a little bit. The ending of the book is they get on a plane to move again and one of the flight attendants is their father.
