Looking for a recommendation for a non-fiction book covering the rise of mental illness in modern society.
I hear a lot of people share opinions surrounding the rise of social media, changes in societal pressures, increases in diagnoses etc, but I’m wondering where these opinions are coming from and finding it difficult to locate solid literature.
I think my searches are being complicated by the volume of self-help books with similar overlapping keywords.
Appreciate any and all recommendations
