I’m searching for some sort of adventure book where there are tons of sexy times between two or (preferably) more consenting male adults and there is tenderness and there is weird stuff happening, but without the expectation that it all ends in a Western style family structure, e.g a couple living in the suburb next door. So, stories set in worlds with alternative social-norms, alternative family structures, etc. Something with Martha Wells Raksura vibes.
Any tips?

The book isn’t really lewd, but In Other Lands by Sarah Rees Brennen might scratch that itch. Lots of adventure and weird things going on, and a very different world structure. However the romance is incredibly slow burn, as it follows a group of friends from the age of 12 to like 18, and how they grow and mature, and how their relationships change.
K.J. Charles’s The Henchman of Zenda might be good for you? It’s a fun retelling of The Prisoner of Zenda with a gay romantic relationship, but the two characters very much do not settle down to a boring home life.
