I have a 1 year old (few months shy to 2) and I’m on the verge of loosing it. Any parenting book to help me understand myself and my child? I also came from a who has a toxic family and I want to stop the generational trauma.
Recently read ‘The Book You Wish Your Parents Had Read: (And Your Children Will Be Glad That You Did)’ and it was really good. Any books same to this and other parenting books that you can suggest would be great!
