Hey all. I’m looking for books that have heavy internal conflict about mental health. Like schizophrenia beginning to progress or bipolar disorder and the person goes manic or something like that. Also I would love if the story line was more in depth so there’s external conflict as well, but I’m really craving something deep and dark and inside the character’s head. It’s okay if I’ll cry. Please no spoilers with recommendations!
