Folks, i am tired of purchasing hardcopy of books off amazon, it’s hurting my wallet and restricting the kind of books i wanna read due to the price.
There are no libraries near me to lend books from either.
Hence planning to get kindle.(the cheapest model)
I have few doubts, hope someone can answer them.
I have a tonne of epubs and pdfs of books that i downloaded online (for free). Can i view them on kindle after converting the file to kindle appropriate format?
Will the experience/feel of reading such converted books be different from paid kindle versions? What all will i miss? Will i able to get the scale/aspect ratio of the pages correct?
