I am planning to stop binge watching and replace it with binging on books, which I used to do before social media and streaming became more popular. I feel like I was most at peace when I used to spend my days reading. I still read now and have a bunch of books on backlog but I feel like I succumb to the ease of just putting on Netflix 9 out of 10 times.
I’m hoping it’ll also help increase my focus and make me feel overall a bit happier + calmer.
