I was wondering what are some recommendations to suggest to my 13 year old what he should read? He’s picky about what books to read (he doesn’t seem to like most of my recommendations from when I was a kid), and his cousins just gifted him a book for Christmas and we’re trying to read it together (I purchased the Kindle version of it today. As a way I can be able help him get used to the idea of having to read novels (especially if he doesn’t to read it) when he reaches high school next year, along with being able to formulate summaries, be able to articulate what he thinks, and etc. He’s only read consistently the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, and Legend of Zelda mangas… 😓
