I love **training**, I love doing it and filming and fixing my form by myself. I love **understanding why** I’m doing this exercise or that exercise and the proper cues for proper form.
As I’m going through this journey I’m finding more and more about **the physics of my body**.
These quad muscles push and these hamstrings pull, this tibia muscle ,that I’ve never acknowledged its existence before, should actually be trained. Or how complex the goddamn shoulder is. I thought Rhomboids was another name for middle part of traps but actually no.
That’s not even everything I realized about **my body’s methods of function** while trying to understand proper form to exercise.
**I’d like to understand more about the body, what’s a good book for that?**
